The Alpha is listed as 14.8% on these Crystal hops, which seems high. I was planning to use these as the only hop addition to a wheat beer. However, I am worried that it will be too bitter for what I'm trying to make. Does this AA value seem right for Crystal? Could it be a mistake on the package, or just an usual batch of Crystal hops?

That AA value is way too high. I use Crystal a lot and it has always been between 4 and 5 percent.

Maybe it is a "fat thumb" entry mistake and it should read 4.8%. That seems more plausible, but I guess you could call NB to verify.
