In a 15.5 gallon Keggle. i was thinking of using the SABCO 15" false bottom And either using my own stainless siphon setup or get therse. I'm trying to understand, If you hav ethe false bottom in there with the siphon thru it. How do you get all this stuff in and out using threaded fittings?

I understand the triclamp, undo triclamp, remove siphon, remove bottom. But doesn't the false bottom prevent the siphon from turning and thus you can't unscrew it from the keg, and can't get anything back out or in?

How do guys do this?

If you use a compression fitting, the siphon tube doesn't have to turn, just the compression cap. The ferrule on the tube is then compressed inside the fitting to create the seal. See below.
