Can someone let me know where to find a pump. It sounds like a magnetic drive type pump is recommended. Just looking for an affordable one. Some links or stats on what I should need would be good. It would be used for maybe circulating ice water through a chiller and for moving wort. So im guessing some heat tolerance would be good. Im new at this but wanna start getting some type of setup at my house. Just some info of some sort would be great.

Thanks

Approved for food contact, heat rated to at least 212*F, mechanically coupled if output throttling is needed.

Other than that they either suck or they are really pushy.

If you plan to simply move chilleed wort to a fermenter or circulate ice water through a chiller you do not need a magnetic head pump. An $80 Little Giant pump like the one below will work fine.

If you are going to transfer hot wort a March 809 or Chugger pump is in order.
