I've been experimenting with a program called BrewMate, trying to come up with a good recipe to go with my Hair Of The Dogman label. Thinking of trying it out using the BIAB method when I eventually venture into all-grain. This is what I've came up with so far....

Style- Premium American Lager

Grain Bill for 5 gallon batch, Brew In A Bag
------------------------------
8 pounds 2 row
1 pound aromatic malt

Mash @ 150 for 60 minutes

1/2 ounce Northern Brewer (pellet) - 60 minutes
1/4 ounce Nugget-(pellet) 5 minutes

Yeast- WLP840 - American Lager

Does this recipe look like it needs to be tweaked any, or should I leave it as is?
