Trying to Clone a Bridgeport IPA

My favorite IPA. Not overly bitter and a real "whoosh" of hop flavor at the end...almost a sweet hop flavor.

Anyway, I came across a supposed "Beer Captured" clone recipe and needed to modify a bit for my ingredients.

How does this look for hops ingredients and addition times? This is my first FWH attempt and I'm hopeful about the outcome.

EDIT: I noticed you're doing a FWH, I've always wondered about trying that, have you done it in an IPA before?
 
You know, I like drinking it, but do you guys smell an almost Carmexlike flavor when you drink and smell at the same time? I would like to know if that is hops/grain/or a combination of the two that gives it that distinctive smell.
 
I always do FWH for my IPAs. IMO, it really brings out the hop aroma and makes an IPA an IPA! I'd never thought to do it on my own. Then I went to an all grain seminar shortly after I converted to AG and the person giving the seminar did it for a stout. Since then, I've always done them for IPAs.

I was just reading up on it, and I'm already doing an IPA this weekend, I figure I might split my East Kent Goldings up and do 0.5 oz for the FWH.

Also can you look at my Instructions can tell me if this sounds right.

Heat 4 gallons of water to 165F, or hot enough to bring the mash to 153F, in a 8gal pot with a strainer bag. Put all grains into pot and Mash with the lid off at 153F for 80 minutes, then remove the bag with grains. Teabag the strainer bag with 4 gallons of water at 170F in a seperate pot.
Add sparged water to the pot to bring level up to 6 gallons. Bring wort to a rolling boil. Set cooking timer for 80 minutes then add First hop Schedule. After the 80 minutes top off with sparged water to 6 gallons then add Aroma Schedule boil of 1 minute and then remove from heat and speed cool pot to 70 degrees. Test OG to 1.057
Pour wort into primary and pitch 1 envelope Safale S-04.
Ferment in Primary at 60-65F, until FG reached @ 1.015, about 6-7 days. Add 1oz Cascade Pellets to secondary bottle and then rack mash to secondary and let it clear for another 5 days. Bottle as usual, with 5 oz of priming sugar.
 
Hey Biermuncher. What ever happened with this Bridgeport IPA clone? Did your FWH with the bittering hop work well? How did this turn out?
