Nice, I can't even get those raw ingredients around here. Once in a while I'll see a lamb shank, but I don't know of anyone that carries fresh fish closer than Portland. Weird part is, there are sheep, rivers & lakes all over around here.

Orfy, Is that Rosemary, Lemon and Onion for the Trout? Damn That looks tastey Think I will make it this weekend!
