Tasting Notes
Very slightly malty, balanced by the 89.3 IBU. It doesn't taste that bitter. Aroma is tropical fruit and orange. Hops provide a herbal and fruity upfront followed by passion fruit, orange and a little papaya.
I brewed this 2.5 weeks ago, and kegged and force carbonated it tonight. I'm very happy with how it turned out. It should get better conditioning in the next 2 weeks. I hope that there is some left by then.

If this were lighter and cloudy, it could be a NEIPA

If you have any recommendations for me for my next go at this, please let me know.

Cheers,

-Jim
