Just racked my trippel yesterday, and I'm wondering what an optimum temperature is to maintain for the next two months that it's goint to be sitting in the secondary. I'd like to keep it down cellar, but I just wanted to make sure there's no damage that can be done by keeping it at 67-68 degrees.

Thanks!

(Also, another quick question - It is REALLY cloudy...how long for that to drop out?)

This is my second batch, so thanks for the patience with my rookie questions

For clearing cooler is generally better, but I have never heard of one getting hurt ageing at room temp.

As far as being couldy that depends on what you put in it, if you had a good cold break, etc.. Some beers never clear without filtering
