Tried first beer

I made a NB American Amber Ale 3 weeks ago and I bottled it one week ago. I tried one today. It tastes fantastic. It already has carbonation and already a good head on it when I poored it in the glass. I was quite happy. I will wait another week before I open another one but I was surprised by the quality after only one week.

Now you have to sample it at regular intervals to see how the flavor changes over time. It's called "research".
