Transplanting Hops in November

I live in DC and I grew Willamette and Cascade in buckets this year for the first time. My original plan was to overwinter the rhizomes inside and replant them in buckets next spring. It turns out that I am going to be moving on Nov 10th into a house with a huge yard. Do you think it is too late to dig holes and plant the contents of the 5 gallon buckets into the ground? My hops still have a lot of leaves on it because it has not been too cold here yet.

I do grow hops but I have not transplanted in the fall. I would think, though, that if you get enough soil along with the plant/roots it won't shock them as much.

They will be just fine, I'm actually planning on transplanting mine this weekend.
