First off thank you to everyone for all the input you have givin me on this forum. I ask alot of questions only because how obsessed I have become with this addiction. Anyway I just started drinking my first brew a Belgian Wit that turned out great. I used torrified wheat for head retention and mouth feel and both are great, really great. My question is can I steep this grain in other beers like an IPA or is this only for wheat or wit beers?
 
Torrified wheat really should be mashed in whatever beer you use it in. It is not malted and the starches have not been converted.
