Jumped head first into all grain brewing after becoming bored with the extract kits..I have a good background on the process but I am in need of assistance in setting up my new Top Tier system right the first time. I have ordered the Blichmann Top Tier with 2 burners as well as a 15gal. Boilermaker as my brew kettle, 15gal. Polarware for HLT, and a 72qt MLT cooler conversion, March pump, auto sparge, and therminator as well as stainless hook ups. I am confused on the counterflow system and how that it all works together..i.e. the whirlpooling, recirculating the wort, sanitizing using the hot wort, etc. I have all the necessary components to make a great system, but want the most efficiency as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
