Does anyone know if Blichmann's TopTier will work okay as a 2-tier system?
I'm interested, for example, in having my HLT and MLT at the same level -- and then gravity feeding my boil kettle. I'm using 15 gallon kettles all around.
I'm thinking I'd get the TopTier, no burners only shelves (my system is all-electric), the therminator hookup and a march pump hookup (all Blichmann options for the TopTier).
I'm having a heckuva time finding a brew stand for my system -- and don't have the time (or expertise) to weld together my own frame.
