Title sums it up. I enjoy using WY1968 as I like the taste profile, and it crshes out nicely. I was wondering if it is possible to top crop with this yeast? Has anyone tried this?
Thanks

Yes sir, I top crop that one pretty often. Top cropping is waaay better than yeast washing if your going to use it right away, especially with the doughy British strains.

Thank you. I figured it would be. Is there any way to keep the yeast for say a week? Figured I could top crop some, cold crash it and either pitch directly or make a starter.
