Real quick here's my recipe:
3lb pilsen DME
3lb 2-row 60L
2oz chocolate
2oz Crystal 60
1oz black (patent)

0.8oz Target 10% 60 min
2oz East Kent 5% 15 min
Wyeast 1098
Mini-mash @ ~154 90 min

1 week in primary
2 weeks in secondary

Bottled with 5oz priming sugar (corn; 5 gal batch)

It's been about 11 days and the carbonation is still very low (better than after 6 days!) Just a little hiss when it opens and it's not FLAT but much less than I had been hoping.
Thoughts?
Last time I primed with this it was amazing after 7 days (although...and I'm sure this is the reason...that one was only was in the primary for 7 days before bottling)

What's the general consensus on how long you should let your bottles carbonate for? Do I have anything more to look forward to?!?!

Thanks!

The temperature you have your bottles at when carbonating make a big difference in how long it takes to carbonate. At 72 degrees it still may take 3 weeks to fully carbonate. Cooler temperatures will make it take longer.

Good advice for future brews and reassuring for this one - this batch has been sitting in the mid 60s.
Thank you!
