Too much acid addition

I added an acid blend, it tasted ok at first (I love sour things), but now after about a week it has become way too sour/acidic, it leaves a lemon-after taste.

Any way to deal with this?

Make sure its stabilised and add honey.....

It might haze but that can be aged out or cleared with finings.......

I don't use acid blends like that, I blend it myself. Ashton & Duncans recommendation from their making mead book. 2 parts malic to 1 part tartaric (citric can have its place but not routinely for this very reason).......
