Hi,
I am currently brewing a Belgian strong ale and managed to mess up the fg, aprox 1001. I guess this is due to too much sugar added. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue? Like adding Maltodextrine? Beer tastes fine apart from that. The Yeast I am using is Belgian strong ale. Best Regards and thanks for the help.

If the beer tastes fine, what is the "issue" that needs fixing? Carbonation does change the perception of body in the beer, if it's a lack of body that needs fixing.

That is true. I guess it is because this is my first belgian strong ale brew and I want to make it by the book :)
