So.... Heres the story. About 10 weeks ago, I put my brew into primary.

I forgot about it. Then we moved. Sooo today I picked up the carboy.... It still has a good airlock. I drove it home. So know all the yeast is sloshed about and mixed back in.

If I let it sit and precipitate back out, do you think it will be ok??

10 weeks... too long?

Yeast and sediment will settle out in less than a week.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW PEOPLE AROUND HERE ARE ABLE TO FORGET ABOUT THEIR BEER. I SERIOUSLY CHECK MINE EVERY FREAKIN' DAY FOR SIX WEEKS. I CAN'T NOT FORGET ABOUT IT.

Okay rant over :D

Yeah let it sit for a few days or throw it in a fridge and cold crash it for faster results.

I think cold crashing would be perfect at this point if you can, then bottle that sucker!
