I mixed up a batch of cider last night and I forgot yeast nutrient.. Is it too late to add some to the fermenter??

Mead fermentations often have staggered nutrient additions.
The only risk you run with a delayed nutrient addition is if the yeast are being out-competed by something nasty, which will then get the nutrient first... but if that's unlikely and if it's happening, you're pretty much screwed anyway... so I say go for it!

Go ahead and add it. Can't hurt, especially if fermentation is yet to start or is just starting.
