When are you adding the sucrose?

I've only used 2 yeasts in barleywines so far and I've added them at different points, are pitching both these yeasts at the same time?

Edit: I did a black IPA a few months back that was phenomonal. The only difference I really had was that I decided to dry hop as well.

I was thinking about adding the Sucrose at the end of the boil, say in the last 5-10 mins. I plan on pitching both yeast at the same time, they are both Wheat Beer yeasts, just different strains, i am only adding both because its the only wheat yeast i have, and i am using both so i pitch enough yeast, not to mention the flavor profiles are similar. I will likely dry hop it too, just not sure yet!
