Toasting your own grains?

Well I am a big believer of do-it-yourself..well just about anything.. and want to start toasting my own grains to get anything from crystal malts to black malts and brown malts and everything in between. Anybody do this on a regular basis at home in their oven with any success, and how do you go about it if you do? Time/temp/water/etc.?
