I recent broke the seal on a keg that I brewed about 6 weeks ago. The aroma is nonexistent and the flavor is too earthy and a bit spicier than my liking (this mainly due to Mt. Hood additions for bitterness and aroma.

I want to dry hop the keg to try and salvage it or at least be able to enjoy the brew that I spent some $$$ brewing and a half a day of my time. I'm sure this a great recipe for someone and probably most of my friends will like enjoy (most likely because its free to them).

Here is the recipe

Here are my choice for my dry hop addition (in the keg).
Cascade, Amarillo or Centennial.

What would you choose?

Cheers :mug:

I'd start with 1/2 oz each of Cascade and Amarillo. Give it a week and hit it again if necessary.

I like this idea. I think I will start with 3/4 Amarillo and 1/2 Cascade. And if need be maybe the reverse in a week.

Thanks :mug:
