Hey All,

Ive been brewing for three months now and haven't been able to get my primary brew to less than 1.010 it has'nt affected the beer.

My latest is a Coopers Bitter which has been 1.010 for two days consistently.

However it is still bubbling out of the airlock every 20-30 mins (temp has been consistently 22oc).

Should I bottle today or leave a little longer?

Cheers in advance.

p.s secondary fermentation in bottle only..

1.010 is ok for a bitter and one bubble every 20 minutes sounds done. I'm content to be within 3 points of the target FG for small beers.
