Hey gang, I'm brewing this CDA from brewing tv an it didn't come with a instruction sheet. I've had it in primary for about 4 days now, and just realized that it didn't really come in a time frame. Also it needs dry hopping with centennial and I'm not sure how lond to dry hop it for. Here is the recipe

5 gallons, extract
target OG: 1.040-ish

steep:

■0.5 lbs Weyermann CaraFa III
boil:

■6 lbs Northern Brewer Gold malt syrup @ 60"
■1 oz Warrior @ 60"
■0.5 oz Ahtanum @ 10"
■0.5 oz Ahtanum @ 0"
primary fermentation:

■Wyeast 1272 American Ale II*
secondary fermentation:

■1 oz Centennial (dry hop)

Thanks gang!!!!!

I would just throw the dry hops in there in a couple weeks, and keep it on them for a week or two before racking off for cold crashing, bottling/kegging, or whatever else you have planned.

EDIT: I thought you said 4 weeks, not 4 days. So keep in primary for another week at least before dry hopping.
