Using the ingredients listed on Ninkasi's website and beersmith i'm trying to come up with a clone. Living on the east coast now and this brew is no where to be found. Any thoughts?

OG: 1080
IBU: 100

13.0 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
2.0 lb Carahell (Weyermann) (13.0 SRM)
2.0 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM)

Ever make this clone? Had the beer last night and liked it, thought I might try your recipe if it turned out well.
