When you pitch on yeast that is in the fermenter. I transferred 30 gallons of an English Mild into kegs and then immediately dumped 25 gallons of a Black Rye IIPA on top of the yeast.

I went out to check on it and noticed a beer/yeast sludge running all over my patio..
