So when one of my primary's opens up in a couple weeks I'll be ready to brew. the question is....what should I brew so that come early march it is a seasonal beer here in Minnesota. I am thinking a Doppelbock or a scotch ale but I am open to suggestions. :mug:

Primary #1 surly furious clone
Primary #2 citra red ipa
Bottle conditioning- chocolate coffee stout w/Starbucks espresso beans
