???Thermowells ???

I am curious about adding thermowells to my brewing and fermenting. I honestly feel lost when looking at products online and am unsure about what exactly I would need for a fermentor or a brew kettle. I would appreciate your trials in this area.......

tape your probe to the side of your fermentor and insulate it with a double folded-over towel or bubble wrap and you will have the temp of your fermenting beer to within half a degree.
