Continuing the thread I started here at: The Beer Thrillers - New Beer, Homebrewing, Hop Growing, Blog

But since we now have a new domain, a better host, and a lot more features, I've decided to start a new thread.

The Beer Thrillers is a blog I started in May 2019. We are (as of December 2020-January 2021) averaging about 7K+ a month, and are ranked #9 on FeedSpot's Top 100 Beer Blogs. Myself, J. Doncevic, A. Parys, Default Brewing, and K. Larsen write for the blog. We cover everything from news, beer reviews, brewery reviews, opinion pieces, canning experience, travelogues, home brewing articles, brewer interviews, beer education series, hop growing and maintenance, and much more.

So please check us out and give a follow or bookmark. We currently have 300+ articles, and write a new post about every 2-4 days. So there is plenty to read and to see.

There is some stuff about both. You are right most of it is heavy commercial brewing. But, we will be posting more about hop growing this upcoming season, and I am looking to get back into homebrewing more, so there should be more on that aspect.

Thanks, the article mentions tasting notes to come, but I couldn't fund any. I Brewed a similar beer and mine was OK. but not worth a re-brew; using the gas grill as an "oven" was a great idea.

• I've been brewing since 2008 (15 years)
• I have a bachelors degree in creative writing
• I'm a BJCP certified judge
• I work in the nuclear industry and have a strong technical and scientific background and can cross between technical and creative well.
• I write technical papers routinely for work
• I travel all over the world for work. In the past 12 months I've been in:
  • Tunisia
  • Scotland
  • South Africa
  • Colombia
  • Brazil
  • Wales
  • India

And I tried beer in each of these countries from local establishments whenever possible

• I've previously written a couple articles for HBT, as well as homebrew supply (which has since been purchased by MoreBeer)
• Long ago, I briefly had my own blog The Ask-O-Matic which is still lurking in the cobwebs of the internet. I did random research questions, hiking gear advice, and homebrewing articles. I'd enjoy writing an article here and there again.
