Hey all,
What are you celebrating in your brew life, today?

I'll start: Yesterday I built my water from scratch for the 1st time, brewed a recipe I created from scratch for the 1st time, and it was for my 1st try at an NEIPA (OG was spot on and it's bubbling away happily in the fermenter).

I finally got around to brewing this weekend. Moved a while back and most free time has been spent on remodeling the house. Nearly to the point where I can start putting in the bar in the basement.

"Cold" crash temp control. This appears to be the minimum temp for my system. While I wouldn't mind another few degrees colder, I'm really happy with how consistently it's holding the set temp.

Er, I cleared a stoppage in my imperial stout tap merely by rinsing out the faucet. Um, now finally have 4 beers on tap again (if you count the possibly-failed NEIPA attempt that won't let go of a sharp, almost-metallic bitter element to the finish). Ah! With the help of the CO2 tank scale @bracconiere recommends, have narrowed the search for a slow CO2 leak to the keg holding said NEIPA.
