Hop Kief?
All that wonderful amber resin dust that collects at the bottom of the bag - I'm wondering if it might be worth specifically collecting some and adding it to the secondary for a more powerful ( but hard to judge ) hop hit.
If it works then borrowing the tumbler screen method from hops naughtier cousin could be an interesting direction to go in...
