Matt said the new place will have a coolship and foeders... :)!

But seriously, I imagine this will only be a benefit for us consumers. NEBco knows what they're doing and I would assume will continue on with the success they've been having (this is not meant to diminish the value that Matt brought to Nebco which is obvious and profound, but they have a very capable staff to continue onward with) and Matt's new venture sounds like it will quickly become a big addition to the local brewery options.

Looks like Firkin Friday may now be a regular thing at the brewery, as they have a cask of Locust double dry-hopped with Galaxy today. Also I think this is one of the best batches of Ducks in a while and Schnitzengiggles is a lot better than I remembered it as well.

Just got back. Some weird things going on with 'limits' in the taproom, but I ain't got nuthin but praise for NEBCo. Some crushingly beautiful beers on now. Hard pressed to say which was tasting the best. Lines were dying out. I would say you won't wait too long if you go this afternoon. But who knows, there might be a crazy 5 pm rush.

My suggestion is to get in the can only line if cans of Coriolis is your ultimate goal, in the taproom it was a limit of 5 4-packs with a 64 oz growler, 3 with 2x 64 oz. These limits were new to me, seemed like a couple people grabbed a case then got back in line for growlers to get around this. I was happy with a growler of Dose and whatever cans they were giving me

Those limits are based on state law of how much alcohol a consumer can buy at one time. Supposed to be per person per day but obviously people can work around that like you mentioned.

#2 is absolutely stellar!
There was definitely an end of work day rush. I got there a little after 6 and left about an hour later.
I am sure they will have everything on again today, and plenty of cans. It's tough to say what the line will be like.

Yup, just looked it up, 9 liters per day. I'd not encountered it before, since some CT breweries definitely don't follow these rules, and the case limit announced didn't note that buying the case would preclude fills of any of the other announced beers. Thanks! I'll now be better informed if I encounter these limits again in the future.

Not sure how I feel about this one

They had one just with coconut and Mosaic last summer at a Prime Orange event and it was pretty good. It was kind of overshadowed though by the regular Supernaut on draft since that was a ridiculously good batch. Not sure if I could see the addition of pineapple improving that cask.

I really didn't get much coconut and I think tehzachatak agrees. It was basically all pineapple juice and pretty tasty.
