I know im not the only one who has done this before. I have about 8-9 lbs of a variety of grains( mostly 2-row, and wheat malt) and about 2 oz of hops(perle and saaz). I also have about 3-4 lbs of fresh (now frozen) strawberries. What are the chances of making a beer with all these ingredients that it will taste good?

Well like I say you never know unless you try. Dry hop with the strawberries a week before you bottle. Should be pretty nice.
I just did something like this. I had some spiced cider mix and a washed yeast I needed to use ASAP. Just boiled some water added the mix and pitched the yeast. Should be ok.
So what do you have to lose? If anything drink a few toss the rest and wash the yeast and save for later. Or let it bottle age for a few months and see where it goes.
