I have two beers brewing now that I'll put into kegs in a couple of weeks and then force carb. Is there a guide for guys like me buying a pre-built kit with hoses, regulator, etc to just go through step-by step. More helpful are PSI and other pressure guides that make it pretty simple?

I like tweaking but after doing things mostly right the first time. Looking for a guide for that.

First test the used kegs empty to see if it holds CO2 pressure. Fill it up and see if you have CO2 in it the next day.

Northern Brewer has a really good write-up if you're just looking for the basics. It might not cover everything you'll ever need to know, but it will certainly get you started. Also a great place to buy supplies, by the way!
