Just a word of thanks to all on this interesting and informative forum.
My last 60 bottles were finished today and will go to the cellar in a week or so.
I have reached the end of this brewing season with just about 400 bottles cellared. This should
D) last till the end of baseball season when I will dig out all the stuff and start over.
I hope I managed to add a point or two to the forum because it gave me lots of views and pointed out many things that were of great interest and great help in improving my brewing.
I will now spend a bit of time refilling brass and hopefully get out and do some shooting during the summer.
Thanks again to a great and helpful group of men and women.
