I have decided to become a supporter here - why?

I have received great advice here! I am finding out how to switch to all grain (another thread) and...

I just brewed my fourth batch. I only had a five gal. carboy and after reading the forums I decided I could use it but I should make a blow-off tube. I did so using a 1" plastic tube and I am glad I did! I have never seen such active fermentation! If I hadn't used the tube I would have a mess!

I think just that alone is worth the $25 membership fee.

even though i've been reading this board for 6 months, i just figured out last week that i need to spend the $25. Duh! what a bargain for the amount of info on here!
