Another new guy here thats been trolling the forums here for many moons and never posted. I wanted to thank all of you people for the wealth of knowledge thats gathered here. It's really helpful beyond words.

I've found myself going from extract to partial mash to all grain in a matter of 8 weeks, brewing 5 gallon a week and runnin up to 10 next week... hiccup. Now, honestly, I have seriously messed up a few batches but they are all drinkable. With the direction of forums like this (and the unshakable rule of drinkin my mistakes) I've been able to learn how to fix them in the future and throughly enjoy the craft! I can't thank the people who contribute here enough. I'd brew a batch for every one of you if I could. Much respect.

My latest is a simple AG 2 row pale and a simple cascade/centennial hop blend (ibu ~30). We're bubbling away in the love bucket now with an OG of 1.077. If I can get the FG anywhere close to 1.01 I'll have a nice little monster on my hands. :cross: Now that abv is easy mark to control I can really get into playing with flavor, color, aroma and I'm sooooo stoked to know that I have the ability to really make it however I'd like. I'm saving money, learning, and having a blast. I'm lovin this.

Again, THANK YOU!
