I've got some beer in the bottles and they are in the basement conditioning. Fermentation temps were about 70. However, since I bottled, we have had an early summer heat wave here in NC.

It's been in the upper 90s for about a week. The temps in the basement have been in the low 80s. Will these temps hurt the taste of the beer? I've read not to put beer in the fridge til a few days before drinking as this can stop the yeast from carbonating the beer. But, what about off flavors from the heat?

Thanks,

Kornbread
