Temp Controller Setup Johnson Controls A421

Hi,

I just purchased one of these controllers and have no idea how to set it up. I saw a video on youtube but the settings were for reefer trucking.

The A421 unit comes with the probe already assembled so I don't think I have to do any re-wiring.

Just wondering how to set it up for:

1) A specific steady fermentation temp. (e.g. for lagers at 50 deg F)
2) Steady refrigeration of a fermented beer, for serving

The A419 is the popular JC model wrt homebrewing.
This A421 (first I've seen of it) has a few features that are...interesting...but can be set for minimal/no effect...
