I asked this question about brewing high quality beer, the impression I got was after pitching yeast throw my pail in fridge maintaining 65 degrees through fermentation should I wait for fermentation to begin or put in fridge rite away?

You would want your beer temp to be 65 or even a few degrees lower...not the temp of the fridge. The temp of the fridge might be low 60s even high 50s to keep your beer at 63 to 65
