This one has been on tap in my house for a few years. It's simple and all my beer drinking buddies love it, even the ones that won't accept anything stiffer than a bud lite. I can't get them to drink the pale ale I keg anymore.
Thought I'd share with everyone.....hope you enjoy.

E.K. Goldings (4.75 %) 10 minutes
Yeasts
1.00 pkg British Ale Wyeast Labs 1098
Mash at 152 for 90 minutes (60 is probably fine but old habits are hard to change).
Primary for 3 weeks (ish) then keg. It's a must to let this condition in keg for about two weeks. It is then when everything comes together and tastes awesome.
