First off, I don't really like wine taste. And I have sweet tooth.
And I've been big fan of cider, made few cider batches last year and they went quite well, but given wine-like off taste that would bring best tasting flavor while chilled.
What are recipes I could try this year?
Heard about waragi, sort of alcoholic beverage brew in Uganda that is really tasty, made of banana sweet with slight caramel flavor.
I have 2x 15L balloons (narrow neck), sugar meter (hydrometer), capillary alcohol meter PH testers 2.8-4.6
So car I've made cider, made it sparkling with little bit of sugar before bottling and back sweetened with little bit of hot water and sugar, cooled and poured cider in to it (artificial sweeteners are expensive and microfiltration systems are hard to come by where I live, and I assume they aren't worth the trouble for the volumes I brew)
