Well I just tasted my first brew, Liberty cream ale after 3 weeks in the primary and 2 weeks to carb. Beer was ok seemed to have carb but not a lot of head. I think I will give it another week to carb at 68 degrees. But all in all I enjoyed the process from start to finish (other than the wait). I am curious to see how it tastes after it has more time to age. Got my next two kits in the mail yesturday hope to brew them today Midwest grand cru and pilsner urquell.

Agreed! Especially nice that they list the ingredients and amounts in there allgrain kits. Don't think any other sites do that.
