With a week in the primary, three weeks in the secondary, and only one week in the bottles I had to try one...I ended up drinking four...It's a great beer....I brewed the extract w/ grains NB kit..It's not as hoppy as Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale, but it got a nice combination of hop and malt flavor..This is a highly drinkable beer.
Side notes: this was the second beer I ever brewed and the first beer I've put into a secondary...What a difference..It's so clean and I can pour the bottle right it a glass with very little sediment (if any at all) getting into the glass..
