Ok, so I got my ferment fridge set up and properly controlled.
I chilled my wort to 62 but because of humidity, condensation occurred immediately. When I tried to tape the temp probe and insulation to the carboy, no joy! I used all kinds of tape, but nothing would stick. I ended up using a chain of zip ties to hold it on. Is there a particular type of tape that would stick or another method used (hair dryer real quick to dry the side?).
The probe is fixed to the inkbird so I can't attach it prior to filling (without pulling the probe and controller out of the fridge).

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

I use 2" wide/3 foot long velcro straps. One works for a keg, two work for a 6.5g carboy...

Cheers!

Bungie cord with a chunk of foam rubber to hold and insulate the probe.
