Hello everyone, not sure if I’m posting in the right place but wifey and I have thought about or have some interest in opening a tap room. Can anyone guide us in the right direction as far information and advice on how to start and go about it. We live in south Florida. Thank you friends

Four words: Self pour tap wall.

You don't need as much staff, customers get to try different beers in the amounts they want, they get cut off after a set amount (lower dram shop liability for you).

Edit: this might have some helpful info:

Thanks for the link and info. We're looking for something not big but cozy. Theres a pub/tap room around our area called The Mack house, and its pretty much what were going for.
