Looking for a SS kettle, 8-10 gallon that will fit the Robobrew Distilling lid.....

At 12" wide man I wouldn't go over 6 gallons expecially when you're gunna have a tall piece of copper or ss on the top plus the lyne arm and depending on your condenser shotgun/liebig/worm is all added weight.
Shorter would be better in your application imho.

What kind of still you plan to make?
