Hello everyone.Does anybody own one of these 10 gallon tall boy kettles from northern brewer? I used to have a blichmann 20 gallon,and i might get another blichmann but smaller.This will make a nice boil kettle for now,and a nice kettle to heat up my sparge water later.When i go back to all grain again.Wish i wouldnt of sold all my equipment.But this time i will not quit. I want to keep it simple.Boil,cool with 50 ft stainless wort chiller,whirlpool,siphon,oxygenate with real oxygen,pitch yeast starter.My beers before always had fusel,and off flavors,dms.Before i didnt have a wort chiller,no stir plate, no oxygen tanks,so now all should be well.
