Hello!

I have been homebrewing for around 2 years.

I have been bartending professionally for close to 15 years and worked with numerous spirit brands and decided to start making my own.

A good friend and peer got hired by a local company to brew high abv malt liquors for off the shelf Gas station novelties.

He had never brewed before, they gave him a crash course and a salary. But I started brewing the same time out of curiosity.


My plan is to take on all of the cheep poorly produced easily approachable ready to drink market. I'd love all of yalls support on this journey.

cheap beer isnt poorly produced its mass produced. big difference. light adjunct lagers have nothing to hide behind. they arent easy to make. you cant hide errors behind huge hop flavors or roasted grains. i have made light american lagers simialr to bud miller or coors and its not as easy as you think. and to make it profitable is a whole different thing. these beers arent poorly made they are very well made. they just lack what a lot homebrewers want in a beer. namely malt and hops. try and you will see. to make a mass produced beer that will appeal to the masses (lol) may mean a light malt lightly hopped adjunct lager. they can be made but not cheaply or easily on a homebrew scale. corn and rice is more expensive than malt these days. its a lot easier to brew a room temp brown ale or stout then a Temp controlled adjunct lager with a big stepped up starter.
