Used a racking cain to syphon beer. Somehow stopped midway thru with about an inch or so of beer (not sediment) left in the carboy. After numerous attempts to restart the syphon, I could not do so.
The beer is currently sitting in the carboy... Is this beer still usable?
Could I pour it into the bottling bucket with a funnel and then wait for the yeast to resettle?
Should I bottle the rest of the beer, and then try bottling this seperately?
Any held would be appreciated
